Processing time is the time we need to prepare your stole: production, quality-check, packing, and handing it over to the carrier.
Standard stoles
1–3 business days
During peak graduation season, processing may extend by 1–2 business days.

Shipping time starts after processing is complete.

Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping. If you need it by a specific date, please order early.

4) Tracking & delivery updates
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to start showing movement after shipment.
5) Marked “Delivered” but you don’t have it yet?
Carriers sometimes scan parcels as delivered a bit early or leave them in a safe place. Please check:
- Your mailbox, front desk, or building reception.
- With neighbors/household members, and around your entrance area.
