1) How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time is calculated as:

Total Delivery Time = Processing + Shipping

Example (Standard stole → US Standard):
Processing 1–3 business days + Shipping 4–7 business days5–10 business days.

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to start updating.

2) What is the processing time?

Processing time is the time we need to prepare your stole: stitching/printing (if applicable), quality check, packing, and dispatch.

Standard stoles 1–3 business days
Detailed / full-print designs 3–5 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays).

3) What are the shipping options?

Shipping time starts after processing is complete. Below are typical estimates:

United States — Economy 6–9 business days
United States — Standard 4–7 business days
International (varies) 8–15 business days

Delivery estimates can vary due to customs, weather, and carrier delays—especially during peak graduation season.

4) How do I choose the right size?

Please use the size chart on each product page. For the best fit, compare measurements with a stole you already own.

  • If you are between sizes, choose the longer option for better drape.
  • For children/teens, use height as the primary guide.

Tip: measuring tape + shoulder-to-knee length gives the most accurate result.

5) Can I customize my stole?

Yes—some designs allow customization (name, year, country, major, etc.). Custom items are made specifically for you.

Please double-check spelling and details at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us ASAP—changes may be possible only before production starts.

6) What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a flexible 60-day return & exchange policy under these conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn.
  • Original tags/packaging must be included.
  • All returns are subject to inspection.
  • Only one request per order — submit all items together.
Restocking fee: $7.99 per item (if applicable). Original shipping is non-refundable.
